Refund & Return Policy — Pro Camera

At Pro Camera, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product, and we strive to make the process as seamless as possible. Please take a moment to review our detailed Refund & Return Policy before making a purchase.

1. Return & Exchange Policy (Within 3 Days)

We are happy to offer exchanges within 3 days of your purchase, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused and in unopened, original packaging.
  • All tags, seals, and protective coverings must remain intact.
  • Original invoice or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • The item must be returned to us within 3 days of purchase — no exceptions.
  • Exchange only: We do not offer direct refunds on returns, but you may exchange the product for another item of equal or greater value.
  • If you are looking for an exchange, please ensure that the product is in new condition. Products showing any signs of use, damage, or missing parts will not be accepted for exchange.

Note: If the product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, please inform us immediately upon receipt to process the return or exchange.

2. Faulty Product Backup Guarantee (7 Days)

For used products purchased from Pro Camera, we offer a 7-day backup warranty:

  • If a technical fault occurs within 7 days of purchase, we will provide either a refund or a replacement, depending on product availability.
  • This policy is valid only for technical faults that are not caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
  • The product must be returned with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
  • Products returned under this guarantee will be inspected to confirm the fault.
  • If the fault is confirmed, you will be entitled to either:
    • A full refund, or
    • A replacement item of the same or similar model.

This 7-day guarantee is available only for used items that are purchased directly from Pro Camera. It does not cover items that are damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or any changes made by the customer (e.g., repairs or modifications).

3. Return Process

Steps for Return or Exchange:

  • Contact Us First: Please contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email to initiate the return or exchange process.
  • Packaging & Documentation: Ensure that the product is in original packaging and includes all accessories, manuals, and the original invoice.

If the product is damaged, used, or missing packaging, we may not accept the return.

Return In-Person or via Courier:

  • In-Person Return: You can bring the item directly to our store for exchange.
  • Courier Return: If you are unable to visit in person, please return the item via trackable courier service. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured shipping method to protect the item during the return process.

Inspection: Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it. If the conditions above are met, we will process the exchange or refund promptly.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning products.
  • We do not offer free return shipping.
  • If the item is returned through our store, there will be no shipping fees.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For your convenience, we want to clarify the products that cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used items after the 7-day backup period.
    Opened memory cards, batteries, or microphones (due to hygiene and safety reasons).
  • Items with missing parts, damages, or signs of use.
  • Discounted or clearance items that were sold at a reduced price.
  • Consumable goods like film rolls or cleaning supplies.
  • Software or downloadable items that have been opened or activated.

5. Refund Process

Refunds are processed only under the following conditions:

  1. The product is faulty and cannot be exchanged, or
  2. The return is related to an order error made by Pro Camera.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is approved.

6. Exchanges and Store Credit

If you wish to exchange a product, please note:

  1. Exchanges are allowed only for items of equal or greater value.
  2. Store credit may be issued if you prefer a refund in the form of credit to use on future purchases.

7. Manufacturer Warranty Disclaimer

Some of our products come with manufacturer or brand warranties (e.g., from Canon, Sony, Nikon, DJI, etc.). These warranties are provided directly by the brand or official distributor, not by Pro Camera.

  • In such cases, Pro Camera is not responsible for warranty claims once the product is sold.
  • Any repair, replacement, or service under warranty must be handled directly through the brand’s authorized service centers.
  • We will, however, assist you with warranty contact details and guide you on how to proceed if needed.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Any information provided during the return or exchange process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal information with third parties unless required for processing the return.
